The added value of the LEIC: 3 unique drivers.
To make sustainable strategic decisions, we combine quantitative data (measurable impacts, quantitative indicators) with qualitative indicators (feedback from the field, insightful observations). This combination enables us to make sound choices based on both concrete facts and proven reality.
We draw on our pool of alternative economic resources (the circular economy, the social and solidarity economy, etc.) and our expertise in economic modelling to design operational and locally tailored solutions. The aim is to draw inspiration from European best practices whilst adapting them to the specific context of each cultural organisation.
As a facilitator, the LEIC promotes the dissemination of knowledge, tools and best practice from European cultural organisations, thereby transforming cross-border solidarity into a practical driver of resilience for each region.
