This second phase transforms the assessment into an operational strategy through an approach based on collective intelligence and European benchmarking.
2 key results:
We organise collaborative workshops bringing together stakeholders selected by senior management to compare the findings of the review with the realities on the ground and within the business units. The aim is to develop a shared vision for adaptation and identify realistic courses of action.
We draw on our database of European success stories to identify tried-and-tested models. Far from seeking to ‘reinvent the wheel’, we build on concrete evidence (impact assessments, lessons learnt, keys to success and areas for vigilance) to adapt and embed locally solutions that have already proved their worth elsewhere.
Our methodology
We guide you in defining a shared vision, in which every member of staff becomes a driving force for change, strengthening team cohesion around clear objectives.
Involving the teams in the process of drawing up the organisation’s roadmap, focusing on concrete economic and organisational avenues for action, thereby enabling inspiration to be translated into immediate measures to build resilience, whilst anticipating risks and opportunities.
Workshop summary: presentation of the jointly developed forward-looking vision, mapping of available resources by business line, and operational implications. Includes a ready-to-use benchmark based on the chosen option.
